In short: VRAMfit is a free tool that estimates which open-weight AI models fit on a given GPU, plus a store for select hardware. The estimates are guidance, not guarantees - verify them before you buy or deploy. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

VRAMfit AI ("VRAMfit", "we", "us") operates the website at vramfit.ai. You can reach us at [email protected]. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VRAMfit website and any purchase you make through it.

The tool is informational

VRAMfit estimates VRAM requirements, model "fit", recommended quantization, and inference speed for open-weight models on specific GPUs and machines. These figures are computed estimates and can be wrong - actual results depend on your software stack, drivers, settings, context length, and the specific build of a model. Hardware specifications and prices shown are gathered from public sources and are indicative. Always verify the details yourself before making a purchase or a production decision. VRAMfit is a planning aid, not a guarantee of performance.

Purchases, pricing, and payment

Some hardware can be purchased directly through our checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are calculated and confirmed at checkout, where the order total is priced on our server - the authoritative price is the one we calculate at that time, not any price cached or displayed earlier. Applicable sales tax is added where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. We may decline, cancel, or limit any order - for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages - and will refund any charge for items we cannot fulfill. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Returns and refunds for items bought directly from VRAMfit are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Third-party links and affiliate relationships

VRAMfit links to third-party retailers, cloud providers, and integrators so you can buy hardware or rent compute. Some of these are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when you buy through them at no extra cost to you - as an Amazon Associate, VRAMfit earns from qualifying purchases. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their websites, products, prices, availability, or transactions. Any purchase you make on a third-party site is between you and that seller, under their terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use VRAMfit only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it (including the administrative area), or use automated means to overload, scrape at scale, or copy the site in a way that harms the service or infringes our rights.

Intellectual property

The VRAMfit name, site design, original text, and the way it presents its data are owned by VRAMfit. Model names, GPU names, company names, and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners; VRAMfit is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. You may use the site for your own evaluation and purchasing decisions, but you may not republish or resell its content at scale without our permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

VRAMfit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of the estimates. We do not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate, specification, or price is correct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRAMfit and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the tool's estimates or specifications. For any claim relating to a product you purchased from us, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. For use of the free tool, our total liability will not exceed USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VRAMfit and its operator from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "updated" date at the top reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
