Returns & Refunds

In short: You can return hardware purchased directly through VRAMfit within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. Products bought through our affiliate links (Amazon, eBay), cloud rentals, and the prebuilt machines we list for reference are handled by those sellers, under their own policies.

What this policy covers

This Returns & Refunds policy applies to physical hardware you buy and pay for directly on VRAMfit through our on-site checkout. It does not apply to purchases you make on third-party sites we link to - including Amazon and eBay listings, cloud GPU rentals, and the prebuilt "AI machines" we list for reference. Those are sold by the respective retailer or provider and are subject to that seller's own returns policy.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, cables, and documentation. Serial numbers on the returned unit must match those on the original shipment.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you receive an RMA - returns sent without one may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind or other non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend a tracked, insured service. If an item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund it in full, including the original shipping.

Restocking

We do not charge a restocking fee on items returned unused and in resaleable condition within the return window.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days of inspection; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Defective items and warranty

If hardware is dead on arrival or fails within the 30-day return window, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Beyond the return window, hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty; we will help you start a warranty claim or RMA with the manufacturer where applicable.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

Pricing and availability

All orders are subject to verification and stock availability, and prices are calculated and confirmed at checkout. If an item was mispriced or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and, if needed, cancel and refund the affected items.
