In short: We collect only what we need to run the tool and fulfill orders. There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on VRAMfit, and we do not sell your personal information.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information VRAMfit collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. VRAMfit AI operates the website at vramfit.ai; contact [email protected] with any privacy question.

Information we collect

We keep data collection deliberately small:

Browsing the site. Like any website, our hosting provider and content delivery network (Cloudflare) record standard request information - such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps - to keep the service secure and reliable. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Placing an order. When you check out, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, shipping address, and any order notes. We use these to process, fulfill, and communicate about your order.
Payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers; Stripe processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Order email. We send order confirmations and updates by email through Microsoft 365.
Outbound "buy" links. When you click certain partner or buy links, the click is routed through our site so we can measure which links are useful. We record that a link was clicked and when; this uses the same standard request data noted above and is not tied to a marketing profile.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We set a single sign-in cookie only for our restricted administrative area, which ordinary visitors never use. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser and is not sent to us until you check out. Third-party sites we link to (such as Amazon and eBay) may set their own cookies when you visit them; those are governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to fulfill and support your orders, communicate with you about purchases, keep the site secure and prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting obligations, and maintain and improve the service.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate - for example, Stripe for payments, our hardware distributor and shipping carriers to fulfill orders, Microsoft for email delivery, and Cloudflare for hosting and security - and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete personal information that we are not required to retain.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We do not currently send marketing email. Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have additional rights over your data, and we honor these where they apply. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the limited data we hold.

Children

VRAMfit is intended for adults making hardware decisions and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users

VRAMfit is operated from the United States. If you use the site from elsewhere, you understand that your information is processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
